Rhonda Crowe, regional director of operations for National Healing Corporation, is responsible for several National Healing Wound Centers in the Northeast region.
Crowe is a knowledgeable clinician with business acumen. Working in multiple healthcare management environments, she has directed management, outcome performance, and improvement standards for utilization, case and disease management products, business support, process engineering, IT, and physician services.
Crowe joins NHC from American Health, where she was the vice president of operations. Her prior experience includes positions at Mount Carmel Health System as the system director for case management, The Ohio State University Hospital, and Nationwide Health Plans.
A registered nurse in Ohio, Crowe received her bachelor's degree in nursing and master’s degree in business administration from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. She is also trained and certified as a Green Belt in Six Sigma Methodology.
