Theodorus Kocken
Regional Vice President
National Healing Corporation

Ted Kocken was recently promoted to regional vice president for National Healing Corporation. In his new role, Kocken will be responsible for clinical and business operations at NHC wound healing centers in Connecticut, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Additional duties include the integration of new and existing facilities in those states. Kocken supervises regional directors who lead teams assuring clinical excellence, management best practices, consistency of services, and fiscal accountability.

Kocken joined the company in 2003 and was recognized with NHC's Regional Director of Operations of the Year Award for his role in leading the company in 2004 to 37 percent growth in centers under contract. Most recently, he served as NHC vice president of operations.

Kocken's 20 years of experience in healthcare includes holding leadership positions with NovaCare, Abbey Home Healthcare and C.R. Bard, Inc., as well as serving as chief operating officer for RepuCare, an agency specializing in rehabilitation, on-site industrial rehabilitation, and pediatric first steps early intervention. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Niagara University in Niagara Falls, N.Y.
