Evan C. McKeown, chief financial officer of National Healing Corporation, is responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial functions and disciplines including audit, treasury, and tax.
Prior to joining National Healing Corporation in November 2007, McKeown was senior vice president, chief financial officer of Applied Digital Solutions, Inc., a publicly traded technology company that serves the healthcare and commercial asset industries. McKeown’s diverse business experience includes initial public offering, private and public equity capital raising activities, investor relations, Sarbanes-Oxley and 404 Internal Control compliance, SEC compliance, debt restructuring, corporate reorganization, merger & acquisition, and tax planning in both private and public companies. McKeown also served as a tax manager for Ernst & Young and as a public accountant with Coopers & Lybrand
McKeown is a certified public accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maine Society of Certified Public Accountants. McKeown graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Maine.
McKeown resides in Delray Beach, Florida.
