Debra McNally, regional director of operations for National Healing Corporation, oversees several National Healing Wound Centers in various parts of the country.
McNally brings almost 20 years of experience in healthcare staffing, home health agency management, and management consulting to her role with National Healing. Most recently, she was vice president of operations at MetaPower, LLC, a management consulting firm with clients such as Lucent and the Tennessee Valley Authority. McNally also served as vice president of field operations at Hospital Staffing Services, Inc., and as regional vice president of operations at HealthFirst where she managed home health agencies in a 22-state region. Additionally, she worked at Stat Medical Services, Kimberly Quality Care, and Pfizer Labs. McNally began her career as a critical care nurse.
McNally earned a bachelor's degree in nursing at McNeese State University in Lake Charles, La.; a master's degree in business management at Webster University in St. Louis; and project manager certification from Villanova University.
