Tom Melpolder
Regional Director, Operations
National Healing Corporation

Tom Melpolder, regional director of operations for National Healing Corporation oversees several National Healing Wound Centers in the central region that covers all centers in Missouri, Iowa, Mississippi, and Southern Illinois.

Melpolder is a healthcare management veteran with an extensive background in sales, marketing, and program development. He has a demonstrated record of achievement in developing sales teams to provide services in hospitals, wound healing centers, and home health agencies.

Prior to joining NHC, Melpolder served ten years at Hill-Rom, Inc. There he held positions as the director of sales and as new product development director, where he improved sales, profits, led market research, and product launches.

Melpolder earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s degree in business administration management from Michigan State University in E. Lansing, Mich. He also completed the Executive Marketing Program at Columbia University in Harriman, N.Y.

Melpolder is also an adjunct instructor for the MBA Management program at the University of Phoenix in Kansas City, Mo.
