Audrey K. Moyer-Harris, regional director of clinical services for National Healing Corporation, oversees clinical services at several National Healing Wound Centers in various parts of the country.
Moyer-Harris has worked in wound care for over 12 years in a wide variety of settings including acute care, long term care, and outpatient centers. Most recently, she was the director of outpatient wound healing, hyperbaric medicine, and senior care at Forest Park Hospital in St. Louis, Mo., where she created programs for lower extremity amputation prevention and diabetic related foot care.
Moyer-Harris is a certified Wound Care Nurse and a member of the Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurses Society, nationally and locally in St. Louis, Mo.
Moyer-Harris lectures extensively on topics such as chronic wound healing, pressure ulcers, compression therapy, hyperbaric therapy, and other wound healing topics. Her audiences include physicians, insurance case managers, nurses, diabetes educators, and the Missouri League of Nursing Association.
Moyer-Harris received the Outstanding Service Award in 2006 from the American Diabetes Association and works closely with the American Diabetes Association and American Heart Association in St. Louis.
Moyer has a bachelor's degree in nursing from Maryville University in St. Louis and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in business healthcare administration.
