Faye Traeger, CEBS

Vice President of Human Resources
Faye Traeger is vice president of human resources for National Healing Corporation. She has more than 15 years of human resource management experience.
Prior to joining NHC in September of 2002, Traeger was general manager of Innovative Clinical Solutions, Ltd., a provider of network management services through single specialty provider networks for managed care organizations. She began at ICSL as director of human resources and was promoted to vice president of human resources before becoming general manager, where she was responsible for daily operations of this $50 million company.
Traeger is a board member and past president of the Florida Chapter of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists and a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. She has taught classes in union certification and decertification at Barry University and St. Thomas University in Miami. Traeger was awarded Excellence in Human Resources in 2005 and 2006 by the South Florida Business Journal.
Traeger graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from University of Northern Iowa is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.
