Clinical Manager
The Clinical Manager is responsible for the clinical operations aspects of the Wound Healing Center. The Clinical Manager collaborates with the Program Director and Medical Director to coordinate services providing quality care to patients with chronic non-healing wounds. The Clinical Manager works within the framework of the State Nurse Practice Act and follows all NHC and hospital policies and procedures. Qualifications include RN with current state license, minimum of three years experience in an ambulatory setting and prior management experience. Bachelor of Science preferred.
Director of Implementations
The Director of Implementations assures all aspects of implementation for new and acquired wound healing centers. By interfacing with all departments within the client hospital to fully understand the hospital culture and processes, the Director provides guidance and direction for the integration of the wound healing program within the hospital and the National Healing model. The position involves 75-85% travel and does not require relocation. The position requires an RN, Bachelors Degree in Business or Health Sciences, and multiple location management experience.
Hyperbaric Technician
The Hyperbaric Technician administers hyperbaric oxygen therapy and diagnostic testing to patients of the Department of Hyperbaric Medicine, under the supervision of a hyperbaric physician. All therapeutic and diagnostic modalities will be ordered by the hyperbaric physician. The hyperbaric technician must be credentialed or licensed in the state where working and must have two years experience in healthcare. Current license or certification is required in one of the following areas:
- National Board of Respiratory Care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
- Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician
- Respiratory Therapy Technician
- Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)
- Registered Nurse
- Emergency Medical Technician
- Certified Hyperbaric Technologist
Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing marketing strategies and marketing communications, both internal and external, with primary emphasis on programs and tools that attain new business development goals and same-store growth goals by working closely at the strategic and tactical levels with other departments. The Marketing Manager is also responsible for proposal management, sales support, and creating hospital-specific communications on demand, with emphasis on written communications, tactical planning, and job trafficking. He or she will complete other projects as assigned.
Office Coordinator
The Office Coordinator is responsible for the smooth and effective operations of the clerical, billing, admission/registration, and patient scheduling process of the Wound Healing Center. Qualifications include excellent administrative skills along with word processing, medical terminology and coding experience. Strong organization and communication skills are required.
Program Director
The Program Director is responsible for the successful implementation and ongoing management and overall success of a Wound Care Program. This includes responsibility for management, marketing and sales. Qualified candidate must possess a Bachelors degree in Business or Health Sciences. Previous health care experience in a Program operations setting preferred, including finance, reimbursement, marketing, sales and personnel.
Regional Director of Clinical Services
The Regional Director of Clinical Services assures effective delivery of patient care and compliance with administrative, clinical and Hyperbaric policies and procedures at assigned Wound Healing Centers. The Regional Director of Clinical Services conducts regularly scheduled clinical and Hyperbaric evaluations and provides clinical education to nurses, physicians and other clinical staff. The role requires skill in mentoring and developing nurse managers. The position involves 75-80% travel and does not require relocation. The position requires an RN, Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Health Sciences, supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, and a Certified Wound Specialist or evidence of working towards certification as a CWS.
Regional Director of Operations
The Regional Director assures effective maintenance and growth of National Healing Corporations Regions. Through matching quality, human resources, technology, finances and education/training, the Regional Director fosters a learning organization. As a direct result of this leadership, Wound Healing Programs deliver state of the art healing technologies that are valued by our customers and delivered at a cost that promotes responsible growth for the corporation. This position involves 75-80% travel and does not require relocation. The position requires a Bachelors Degree in Business or Health Sciences, previous healthcare experience in Program Operations, including finance, sales, marketing, reimbursement and personnel.
Regional Program Director
The Regional Program Director will assist the Regional Vice President in the effective management and growth of NHC programs by serving on temporary assignment to programs selected by the RVP. This includes responsibility for assisting RVP and RDOs in operations, personnel, budget, reimbursement, quality management, and marketing and sales. This position will assist the regional team in training and developing Program Directors. The Regional Program Director works at the direction of the center’s RDO.
Regional Vice President of Operations
The Regional Vice President works to expand clinic extensions and expansion within hospital networks under management while delivering a compliant, high quality, and clinically effective program. The Vice President also works through assigned Regional Directors to ensure financial, clinical and operating goals are met or exceeded. Staff RN/Case Manager
Under the supervision of the Clinical Manager, performs the primary function of an RN in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients in the Wound Healing Center. Is responsible for meeting the established WHC Standards of Nursing Practice in the management of all assigned patients. Assists physicians with the development and implementation of wound treatment plans and participates in performance improvement review activities. Acts within the guidelines of federal and state laws, JCAHO Standards and professional and ethical practice. Qualifications include RN with current state license and a minimum of two years med-surg experience. Wound Care experience preferred.
Vice President of Development
The Vice President of Development is responsible for maintaining an active pipeline of accounts that are in varying stages of the development sales cycle. Qualified candidate must have two-three years experience in selling contract management services to hospitals and a thorough understanding of financial pro forma projections as it relates to Medicare reimbursement. The position involves 75-80% travel and does not require relocation. Qualified candidate must possess a Bachelors degree in Business.
