Prior to joining National Healing Corporation, Rowland was senior vice president of clinical services for Praxis Clinical Services in Anaheim, Calif., where she was responsible for clinical services and operations at more than 30 sites. In 1979, Rowland graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in nursing from Old Dominion University and, in 1999, graduated with honors from Oklahoma City University with an MBA.
